Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY 
We know that our customers are very special people and that they live all over the world. Therefore we ship our products worldwide but with some exceptions where postal services cannot be secured. 

We have various facilities worldwide and your order may be shipped in more than one package. Where your item ships from will depend on the item(s) and your geographical location.

Shipping costs are as follows:

The majority of our products are eligible for free shipping, however, there are exceptions which depend upon both the product and your location. 

Shipping costs will be calculated during your checkout. 

You are responsible for any customs or tax charges you may be charged upon arrival of your order to your country.

Shipping time
Because we are a tiny company, some of our products are offered on pre-sale terms which means that shipping of the item will take longer as the item ordered is currently in production and not in stock. We usually do this because of our limited quantities and to keep the costs down.

For items in pre-sale we aim to ship the items to you within 6 weeks of sale. 
For items in stock we aim to ship the items to you within 2-3 working days. For items made on-demand, please note that it can take up to 15 working days to get your item to you. With Covid-19 challenging the postal services worldwide, this may impact delivery and cause further delay. 

Tracking
Once your item(s) are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email you used for your purchase. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery once shipped!
